晚上不小心會吃太多了@@""~~~
然後肚子好像會脹氣=.=||
這時候..去散步就好啦...
很快地...飽足感沒了!連帶脹氣感也沒了~~
而且又可以稍微消耗熱量...
真的是非常之好阿!!!!
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
反正我晚上很久沒去散步了..
最近慢慢恢復這個習慣吧~~
